A short while ago, I received this email…

“Nina Segura of Metaspire LLC has been accepted into the Forbes Coaches Council, an invitation-only community for leading business, leadership and career coaches…”

Most people would be happy, right? Well, the voices in my head went like this…

“This is so exciting!!!”

“OMG what did I say to them?” What if it doesn’t make any sense? What if it doesn’t align with our current brand?”

“Nina, what do you need to realize you’re enough? There is nothing left to do.”

My mind went blank. Then I proceeded to eat an ENTIRE bag of tortilla chips!

After that, I called my Super Team (Crew). They celebrated and encouraged me to share with you the article that I co-authored (click the image to view).


Toxic Culture Warning Signs


In this article, I share that toxic work cultures happen when individuals are unaware and or unwilling to take responsibility for their impact.

If you’re in a toxic work environment, consider getting aligned within yourself. In other words, slowing down your thoughts enough to hear what you are really thinking. Most importantly, when you feel disconnected from your Super Leader Within (the part of you that leads you to positive, forward, focused movement) it’s time for you to call your Super Team!
