Balanced leaders recognize and honor logic and feelings. When frustration, worry or disappointment appear, sometimes a simple acknowledgement and perspective-gathering with people you trust is enough. In this way, we can create a stronger, more positive impact with those around us.

Your SuperPower ensures deadlines are met and jobs are completed to accomplish high performance standards. You are often great at analysis and not easily confused by other people’s stories.
How To Cultivate Your SuperPowers: While you may be studying the plan for defects or concerns, remember the benefits and consequences of over-engineering. Your team needs you to help them manage relevant information across time zones to perform together as a team.
Look for the opportunity to resolve other’s complaints by being very slow with offering your logical solution. Listening to others without suggesting a solution may provide the space they need to figure things out on their own.
If you’re not able to influence others in a way that seems logical to them, think about things from their perspective before you offer a solution. In this way, you might even be able to co-create something even better. Be vulnerable with someone you trust; it may help you get to your desired outcome. Appropriate vulnerability builds trust in the team and it improves outcomes. Team up with a Flexible SuperPower™ to remember that sometimes “mistakes” can be good things.
